We, the Livingston marketing team are targeting to send you only relevant information and offers.

We prioritize your satisfaction and the safety of your data, therefore are your data treated strictly according to German data protection law.

What do we need your personal data for?

Are your personal data provided to third parties?

Your personal data like name, first name, email address etc. are used by Livingston exclusively to perform our services for you and for marketing purposes with Livingston Hamilton Rentals GmbH (Germany). Your private information will not be given to third parties, with the exception that our marketing agency is directly performing marketing actions. In this case we maintain the right to provide your email address as well as your name and first name exclusively for this purposes and we assume your agreement by acceptance of these declaration.

Our partners are contractually obliged to use your data exclusively to send particular marketing information and not to use your data for any other purpose or to provide to anyone else.

Personal data are transferred to public authorities only in case of legal requirements. We have our employees and our agencies bound to confidentiality.   

Do you have the opportunity to delete or alter your data at any time?

You may at any time alter your data or apply for the complete deletion of all your data. To do so, simply send an email to marketing@livingston.de providing your name and email address. We will immediately change or delete your data.

Changes and additions are not just possible at any time, they are explicitly welcome. It is the only way to make sure you get the currently relevant and most interesting information or offer or to let you receive the best service possible.
